Michaela Coplen, the daughter of two U.S. Army officers and a National Student Poet and a student at Vassar, will be helping teach other military kids at the BRAT Art Institute summer camps, and her work will be collected in our library, along with the work of many more "brats." This is just a sample of Michaela sharing what military children and families carry with them.

DOCUMENTARY SHORT - "gROWING UP ARMY" - NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE UNITED STATES ARMY

This is a sample documentary short by one of the BRAT Art Institute directors, Donna Musil, that she directed and produced for the National Museum of the United States Army, after interviewing a collection of military kids from 11 to 18 at Fort Carson, Colorado. Interspersed throughout the video are also clips from adult brats from the documentary film, "BRATS: Our Journey Home."
